How Porterhouse Party Works

We make it simple to host a premium steakhouse experience right at your place.

1. Tell Us About Your Event

Share your date, location, guest count, and the kind of night you’re planning — birthdays, bachelorettes, private dinners, or yacht nights.

2. We Plan the Full Experience

We lock in availability, build your steakhouse-style menu, and plan the setup, timing, and flow for the night so everything feels seamless.

3. You Host. We Handle the Rest.

Our team arrives with all equipment, cooks on-site, plates for your guests, and handles breakdown — you just enjoy the night and the content.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you travel to?

We will travel ANYWHERE, travel fees may apply.

How long is a party?

Approximately 3-4 hours.

I have a large group of 40 or more but I don't want to do full steak portions, what can I do?

We offer station pricing, with lesser portions of meat for those large parties that want us as an add on.

What do I have to supply?

For our steak packages you need to provide:

- Alcohol

- Napkins

- Plates

- Utensils

We will require use of your oven

When do you need a headcount by?

We need an estimate when booking, we will ask for a final headcount 5 days before, until 3 days before you’ll be able to make any last minute changes as needed. We can always add on, but we can not take off from the final list within 72 hours.

Is gratuity included?

No it is not and it is appreciated.

Have you really served celebrities?

You will see some of your favorite faces dining at our parties such as the Real Housewives of New Jersey, 2022 New York Giants, Real Housewives of Miami, Former MLB & NBA players, and multiple reality TV stars.

Terms:

If Porterhouse Party has to cancel the event because they can no longer attend, all deposits and money paid will be fully refunded.

We specifically cut your reserved steak in advance of your party.

Due to potential food shortages any increase in price Porterhouse Party reserves the right to revisit terms with clients granted a 30 day notice is given.

NO RAIN DATES, WE WILL BRING TENT TO COOK IF NEEDED

Final headcount due 5 days before party, client will have a grace period until 3 days prior to party to reduce headcount if needed.

72 hours prior to party headcount is locked in.

Cancellation Terms:

31 Days prior or more: client receives refund of deposit.

22 to 30 Days prior: client is able to reschedule the 1st time, 2nd time forfeiture of deposit.

Date of party to 21 Days prior: client will forfeit deposit.
